You are voluntarily participating in the activities of Batta Cats with full knowledge of the risks and dangers involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks and release Batta Cats from all liability of injury, illness, death and damage to yourself and/or others.
You also acknowledge that Batta Cats has not arranged and does not carry any insurance of any kind for my benefit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Batta Cats for all claims arising out of your participation in volunteer activities.
You represent that, to your knowledge, you are in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent your participation in any and all activities.
You understand that this document is a contract that grants certain right to and eliminates the liability of Batta Cats.
